Great Jones's 12-inch cast-iron skillet is a durable workhorse ideal for cooking chicken with crispy skin, caramelized onions, and steak. It’s big enough to feed multiple pals, and they've pre-seasoned it to make cleaning easy.

King Sear is pre-seasoned. To maintain the nonstick seasoning, occasionally season your skillet: dry your skillet thoroughly, rub vegetable oil or fat over the interior surface, and place it in an oven at low heat for the oil to seep in.
