From tossing chicken wings in this jam to brushing it on top of grilled salmon, or adding some to your biscuits and eggs for breakfast, the combination of our South Texas Prickly Pear and smoked Chile Pequin pepper adds an incredible sweet and spicy flavor profile to any dish.
