Brushfire Farm's Chile Pequin Pepper Jam has the boldest and smokey heat out of all of their jams.
Use it sparingly as a spicy glaze for grilled meats or seafood, or try topping baked Brie with it for some extra kick. Incorporate it into stir-fries or marinades for a spicy twist.
